Cooking Instructions:

Method 1: To create a mouthwatering dish,mince or crush the dry beef initially, simply fry the crushed meat in coconut oil with red chilli flakes, black pepper, ginger, garlic, and curry leaves.As the meat is pre-salted, adjust for your taste.

Method 2: Pressure cook the dried beef with water until it whistles 4-5 times, then mince using a blender.In hot coconut oil, sauté shallots, red chili flakes, black pepper, curry leaves, garlic, and ginger until brown. Add the minced beef and adjust the salt to your liking. Cook until crispy.
